日本SAN-EI公司正式发布超AAA级太阳光模拟器 50mm×50mm设备！
日本SAN-EI公司50多年来始终致力于各种专用光源设计，雄厚的研发实力和精湛的加工工艺，为各个领域的客户提供不同的专用光源；2011年，正式推出AAA+级太阳光模拟器，采用双灯光谱补偿设计，使得光源在AAA级别上更加接近外界真实的太阳光，性能匹配最新的JIS C8942、JIS C 8933、JIC C8912、IEC60904（2007）标准，并已交付日本产业综合技术研究所AIST使用；该设备在性能方面已经大大超越目前通用的AAA级太阳光模拟器的国际要求，为深层次太阳能电池计量标准化、研究和研发新一代硅晶、多结薄膜太阳能电池提供有力的手段；
1，光谱不匹配度：AM1.5G, ＜±5%, 超AAA级；
2，辐射空间不均匀性：＜1.5%，超AAA级；
3，时间不稳定性：＜0.5%，超AAA级；
