Connie Pan was graduated from SuZhou(Soochow) University, with master and bachelor degree of materials science.
 
Connie is now the sales technical support of Coveme Engineered Films Zhangjiagang Co.,Ltd.. Before joining Coveme, Connie had worked as material engineer in large PV module manufacturer, responsible for new PV polymers evaluation, such as backsheet, encapsulant EVA, silicone, etc..
Connie has about 7 years of technical experience in PV industry.

The importance of choosing high quality stabilized PET backsheet on PV investment
 
Abstract:
The value for money of a PV investment is strongly influenced by initial cost (investment) and the return of the investment (profit) which depends on performances (energy output), time and costs for maintenance. The right choice of the backsheet material influences all these three parameters.
 
Fluoride-free backsheet with high quality stabilized PET materials can get the best balance in performances and price, which is shown in getting high ROI. This report provides a summary of both experimental and field weather durability data of backsheet with stabilized PET materials.
 
Besides, as predicted, during 2020-2030, the scrap peak of first batch PV modules is coming, which signifies the recycling utilization of PV modules is extremely urgent. Fluoro based backsheet can’t be degraded and there’s no effective way to recycle, therefore will cause serious fluorid pollution. This report will carry out analysis and discussion combined with related legislation, technical roadmap and concrete implementation executed by domestic and overseas on the PV module recycling issue. Studying on fluoride-free backsheet to ensure PV modules’ durability and safety output, simultaneously perform innocent treatment on modules at end of life.

潘倩倩毕业于苏州大学,拥有材料学本科及硕士学位。目前就职于康维明工程薄膜(张家港)有限公司,从事销售技术支持工作。在加入康维明之前,她曾在大型光伏组件制造企业担任材料工程师,负责评估新的光伏聚合物材料,比如背板、EVA、硅胶等,有7年左右的行业技术经验。

选择高性能耐候PET背板对光伏投资项目的重要性

报告摘要:
 
       光伏投资的价值收益主要受以下几个方面的影响,投资的初始成本,投资的回报利润(主要取决于产品性能,功率输出),时间以及维护成本。光伏背板材料的正确选择对这三个因素有着重要影响。选用高性能耐候PET的无氟背板能够在产品性能和价格间取得最佳平衡点。本报告总结了高性能耐候PET背板在耐候性方面的实验以及实际应用的数据。

       近几年第一批光伏组件报废高峰即将到来,这意味着光伏组件的回收和利用迫在眉睫。由于含氟背板不可降解和没有有效的方法来回收,后期将导致更加严重的氟化物污染问题。本报告将结合国内外对光伏组件的回收议题所实施的相关法规、技术路线、具体实施方案开展分析和讨论。研究无氟背板保障组件长期安全功率输出的同时,并在组件服役结束后可无害化处理。
